Returns and Refund Policy

We at Kisan Raj ensure that all products are carefully packed and quality-checked before dispatch. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you may request a return within 3 days of receiving the order.

Return Conditions:

• Product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
• Return request must be raised within 3 days of delivery
• Valid proof (photos/videos) of damage or issue must be provided

Once your return request is approved, our team will arrange pickup through Delhivery or guide you through the return process.

Refund Process:

After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will process your refund within 5–7 working days. Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method via PhonePe Payment Gateway.

Please note:

• No refund will be given for products damaged due to misuse, improper storage, or wrong application
• No returns will be accepted after 3 days of delivery
